Change of Mind
Please choose carefully — as each item is handmade, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Damage or faulty items, returns and refunds
We take great care when packaging your items, but sometimes couriers may not handle parcels with the same level of care. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We will be happy to sort a replacement or refund if it meets these requirements, however, shipping costs are not able to be refunded.

Handmade Variations
Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or size are normal and part of the handmade process — they are not considered faults.
