Hey!
My ceramic journey began at my favourite local coffee shop, where a hand-building course first introduced me to clay. From that moment, I was absolutely hooked — and before long, I found myself wanting to try the wheel. I’m entirely self-taught, and after a few years of experimenting, learning (and making plenty of mess), I finally feel ready to share my work with you.
I create from my small home studio in Palmerston North, New Zealand — just me, my wheel, and my loyal studio companion, Indi the dog, who keeps a close eye on things. My husband, a part-time professional artist, often works alongside me at his easel and I still pinch myself that we get to spend our evenings together creating art to share with others. Between the both of us our creative eye can be somewhat a blessing and a curse!
Thank you for stopping by. It’s equally terrifying and exciting to share my work with you all. Every piece holds a little of my time, patience and learning.
I truly hope you love these pieces as much as I’ve loved creating them, and that they find a meaningful place in your home.
